[Az-Geocaching] re: buried caches

I would have to say that I agree with RedHawk and AZcachemeister and would classify gravel just as I would leaf litter, branches, pine needles (legal covering).  Buried to me means to remove soil and then use that soil to fill back in the hole that now contains that which was buried.

Since I couldn't find your log in question, I can't comment on the specific cache.

OK, so based on this I went back out this morning and reburied the cache even though I disagree and feel that this is not the intention the Geocaching site rules. And where are the "similiar" ones cuz I've done every cache for miles around there and 100 others and never seen one like this before. Are there any other opinions out there or is this a touchy subject?
