[Az-Geocaching] buried caches

I guess my problem was with the amount of gravel covering this cache. The "covered" caches I have found were easily done by bare hands whereas this one I had to really get in there with an implement (in this case my shoe). I bow to the greater wisdom of the group that this cache is legal and will shut up now. :)
Thanks to everyone that responded to my questions and helped me with this learning curve.
