[Az-Geocaching] Adopt-A-Highway

Everytime I see one of those I actually think the same
thing.. I'd be willing to participate... heh.. like
the idea of the virtual, that could almost be a
separate long standing cache.. with the event caches
4x a year for the cleanup...
