Yes, in fact I was a little worried about that statement as it was being
repeated.  Those who haven't been following this thread might think I was
giving some inside information.  It was, as you say, based only on Joe's
message so we shouldn't get carried away with what might be just  rumors or
otherwise unsubstantiated remarks.

I really like these ideas about making wrecked cars into cache containers,
though.  This could expand into all kinds of ways to change government for
the better.  Cachers could be the saviours of America!  :O)
