One of the places my G-pa told me to tell you to try was the school districts. Call one of the district offices and see if they need any help with anything? And what about any sort of highway cleaning? My brother never completed his Eagle Scount (Father was not happy about that) but I do remember him participating in others and I thought at one point they volunteered to clean up part of the freeway?
