I'll bet TPTB @geocaching.com can help. If they can't find out whom
it belongs to, they should be able to activavte it and create a basic
page for it. Perhaps you would like/be able to adopt the poor little
guy! Our 'local' approver is CO_Admin <co_app@yahoo.com>.
