I think I've found the Locationless caches, although it was buried pretty
well. After viewing a list of caches on the screen, you should have an
option at the top of the list for "New Search" Click on it. On the search
screen you get a drop-down list that includes Locationless caches. The new
search engine has a lot of potential, but I found it hard to use the first
few tries.

I am still working my way through the new pages. I can't say that I am a
big fan yet, but they might grow on me.

As for the locationless caches, I just looked and couldn't find them
either. There has been talk for a long time that they were going to
separate them from the other caches, I wonder if this is part of that?
