I think I've found the Locationless caches, although it was buried pretty well. After viewing a list of caches on the screen, you should have an option at the top of the list for "New Search" Click on it. On the search screen you get a drop-down list that includes Locationless caches. The new search engine has a lot of potential, but I found it hard to use the first few tries. As for the locationless caches, I just looked and couldn't find them either. There has been talk for a long time that they were going to separate them from the other caches, I wonder if this is part of that?
