I just sent my Etrex into Garmin because due to the heat the rubber strip around it that contains key pad had begun to
move. They quoted me the same of two weeks, but I sent it on a Friday and I received it back on Monday, so a total of
10 days, so I figured they had the unit in house for less than 2 days.

In my book that is pretty good turnaround.

Last time I asked Garmin that question, they were quoting two weeks from
receipt to return shipping. :-(
