I just sent my Etrex into Garmin because due to the heat the rubber strip around it that contains key pad had begun to move. They quoted me the same of two weeks, but I sent it on a Friday and I received it back on Monday, so a total of 10 days, so I figured they had the unit in house for less than 2 days. In my book that is pretty good turnaround. -----Original Message----- From: Team Tierra Buena [mailto:teamtierrabuena@earthlink.net] Sent: Wednesday, November 13, 2002 1:01 PM To: listserv@azgeocaching.com Subject: RE: [Az-Geocaching] Magellan Support > Magellan was very friendly over the phone, and I am sending > it back to them > today for warranty repair/replacement. Last time I asked Garmin that question, they were quoting two weeks from receipt to return shipping. :-( Steve Team Tierra Buena Making Geocaching harder than it ought to be... _______________________________________________ Az-Geocaching mailing list listserv@azgeocaching.com http://listserv.azgeocaching.com/mailman/listinfo/az-geocaching Arizona's Geocaching Resource http://www.azgeocaching.com
