NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING

MARICOPA COUNTY
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, to the general
public that the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Commission will hold a
public hearing, open to the public, on Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at 9:00
a.m. at 411 N. Central Avenue, Suite 470, Phoenix, Arizona 85004.
Immediately following the public hearing a meeting of the Parks and
Recreation Commission will be held. Accessibility for persons with
disabilities will be provided upon request. Please telephone your
accommodation request(s) to the Maricopa County Parks and Recreation
Department at (602) 506-2930 so that accommodations can be arranged.
Seventy-two (72) hours advance notice is needed to obtain sign language
interpreters and alternate materials for persons who are blind or visually
impaired.
