[Az-Geocaching] Caches in Wilderness Areas

See, this is why I asked the question. (no, I didn't place a cache, or
even have one prepared). But, if I had wanted to place, who would I
contact, and what is the policy.

It would be great if as these numbers/policies came up, that they could
all be posted on the AZG site.  Thus providing one central source.

Speaking of the AZG site, I wish to thank the team for taking such good
care of us AZ Cachers.  It is a great support to our caching experiance.
