[Az-Geocaching] Adopting a disabled cache

There are a couple things you could do: do some maintenance on the cache
(put in a new log sheet) and log that with a note or you could put a "Needs
Maintenance" note or "Needs Archived" log with an explanation why it should
be archived. The reviewers might then decide to archive it.
It's great that you care though!
