[Az-Geocaching] unusual virtuals and etc....

I watch the forums ... sometimes, and I receive this list in Digest. How does one find out about these unusuals, some virtual some not? frozen in time is a good example as well as wheres in a name, any more suggestions of unique GC's that should perhaps get a mention? even the unusual in forums is somewhat barren. Thanks all.
