[Az-Geocaching] CITO 2005 #2

I'm sorry for the misinterpretation... maybe "serious" was a bad choice of
words. I was actually referring to the amount of discomfort and pain those
who attend these types of events receive... with the extreme pollen, dust,
heat, dead carcasses and road kill smells, dealing with other's peoples
trash of the worst sort, and the scratches, turned ankles and hives and
other ailments we suffer... and yet people to show up time and time again
even knowing what to expect and most having experienced it before. Reading
the logs shows this type of cache is not a picnic in the park and it is not
for everybody.
Once again, I apologize. It was an attempt to thank those who showed up, for
what they did and what they endured, not insult those who did not.

Not to worry Gale, I think most people saw it for what it is, an
attempt to make others feel bad. I am sorry that I was unable to miss
training and drive almost 4 hours round trip to pick up trash in
Phoenix again.
I did not know that meant I was anything less of a cacher. I am sure
most of Phoenix will drive down here when we do cleanups. So...
