I did this cache almost two years ago, and it remains one of the most
challenging I ever encountered (at least of the ones I've successfully
completed). I'm not sure I remember the encryption technique, but I'm
certain it is not a simple substitution cipher. Anything more detailed
than that probably shouldn't be discussed on the list, as other readers
may not appreciate seeing the information if they're still working on
it.
