[Az-Geocaching] Vacation Caches now Approved?

If you visit an area often enough, or have a local
cacher willing to maintain it, you are allowed to
place caches on vacation.

A real "vacation cache" would be one that you place
during a one-time trip somewhere that you have no
intention to return and maintain. That's what gave
vacation caches their name.
