Good observation Rob! Then too it could be someone who has a point to ma=
ke. Creating a conflict and stirring the masses to get a point across is=
simple dialectics. (Reminds me of the 60's!)

The assumption is that the pirate is some teenager out playing a joke.
I don't think it is a teenager. He obviously has been doing this for a
while. He is
not a beginner, he found 9-caches in one day and his profile was set up
quickly
and professionally. Personally, I think he is a member of our geocaching
community
that subscribes to this mailing list and is fed up with all the nonsense
that
is being muttered and has decided to play a joke on all of us. This guy g=
ot
the
response that he was out to get.
