A few days ago some of us in azcaching chat were talking about the =
two-month old cache on Newman Peak, near I10 between Phoenix and Tucson. =
It fired me up and I bagged the peak and the cache yesterday. Long =
haul for a first find.
To answer a couple questions we were wondering about, the cache is near =
the true summit, only a couple hundred yards from the towers. There is =
no road up. Apparently everything is brought in by helicopter.
