[Az-Geocaching] Adopt-A-Highway

This is scary.  Scott must be reading my mind tonight.  I was thinking
something very similar for our inaugural cleanup event, just to help bring
out some positive PR on Geocaching and this specific facet of it, which
would appeal to many people.  Maybe it's just me, but I think you'd be
hard-pressed to find a group of people that actually support litter.  :)
