[Az-Geocaching] Adopt-A-Highway

It's going to be a 2-year commitment, with pickups at least 4x/year.  Shooting for much more might not get as much support, not to mention I'll be using days off to coordinate the event.  As it stands now, it will be a Saturday I'm guess in late January or early February.
