Thanks for all the..congrats messages.  It's been a long time coming, =
since I stopped caching for several months and got back into it last =
spring.  I'll be well on my way to 200 this week most likely.

As for TBs, people should be aware of the time of year, and be sensitive =
to that.  Take the "Wyle E" Jeep for example.  It's now stranded in a =
cache accessibly ONLY by boat, which not only limits the frequency this =
cache is visited, but also limits severely who is able to go try and =
retrieve it.  With that, it was placed at the very END of the boating =
season, which will probably keep it there for the next 5-6 months.

These things should be taken into consideration, and TBs placed in such =
locations should be seasonal.
