simply open the file in your mapsource software then looking at them on
the map us the arrow pointer and select the chunks of them you dont want
with the bounding box and delete them....

then you only upload the ones you want for that time into your gps...

you can also sort them by cache type and delete all the limbo and
archived caches too... or by cache type...

actually its genereated on the fly from the database when ever you click
on it to download so it is always up to date....
