I work for SRP.  I can get across that dam without any problem.  I know
people who work in the hydro area.  If there's not a bridge of some sort
on top of the dam, there's a walkway within the dam itself.  There has
to be a way to the other side of the dam for maintenance reasons.  The
only thing that could get in the way would be if there's a fence on the
other side or there's something in the topology in the short walk to the
cache.  I've never visited that dam.  Time to take a visit.

Concerning 9-11, that will probably restrict non-SRP people coming with
me.  I can ask tomorrow.

It made me think of Bronco Butte.  I looked at that cache and
immediately knew I had my "helicopter."
