It seems to me that the new section you quoted earlier covers this
nicely, and actually the wording does seem to grandfather-in existing
caches due to the 'if you are _/thinking/_ of creating such a cache'
phrase. The guideline does not state that we need to get confirmation
that existing caches can stand under the new guidelines, but certainly
that would be a good idea. I think I will seek guidance on the issue,
but I'm not sure if I should do it now amongst the certain flood of
EMails about this, or perhaps wait for further clarification from TPTB
before asking for specific 'permission'.
