At the Rams game right now :)
The long time with the files is Mapsource processing them. Once done the copy to the card in the card reader fairly quickly. When the GPSr is booted with the new maps it chokes half way thru (2 Gig file). I had to leave before the smaller one was done. What was the comment on Amazon?

Are you loading the chip in the GPSr, or in a chip slot on your computer? You can probably find a PCI card chip reader that will put the chip right on your computer bus.
