Are you sure about the .pdb file? I think the PocketPC version of
CacheMate uses .gpx files. On the .pdb export screen within GSAK is
says something like:

Note: This export is for Palm users only, for Pocket PC CacheMate use
File=>Export=>GPX)

As for 'synching' the data, this is what I do: ( I don't "sync" the
data as much as I just copy the file to the device )

Connect PocketPC (PPC) to Desktop (PC)

Open ActiveSync application

Click 'Explore'

Copy .gpx file from PC to PPC as you would copy any file

Open CacheMate on PPC

Create database for new import

Import .gpx using the little icon at the bottom of the screen that looks
like an arrow pointing to three pages

Select target database

Click 'Start'

Browse to new .gpx file and open

Hope this helps.

in GSAK select the filter you want then select File Export to cachemate
PDB.

Then sync the pocket PC and import the caches into cachemate.

If that is not real helpful, maybe you can let us know what step your
getting hung up on?
