Why is it that a guy who hardly caches at all, and a guy who lives in
Montana are so vocal on an Arizona Geocaching Listserve?

I coudl see where if a new cache was placed by a new cacher was within the
.10 mile area that they would refuse to un-archive it... but because of the
container missing???
