Subject: Re: [Az-Geocaching] Garmin Mapource US TOPO question
I use the Topo religiously if I'm in the boonies and they've always
served me well. I have noticed that I need to be more aware of cliff
edges and what not when comparing environment to the maps, but I've been
pretty good at doing so thus far (I've only walked up TO the cliff, no
over its edge). Even the 164' maps would have served ShadowAce well,
despite his being so adamant at testing the laws of gravity and finding
out that he can't fly. I could go on and on about this one, but there
are going to be plenty of opportunities to point out the error in Dirk's
ways by defiance of things we are all aware of.
