Ahhh, maybe that had something to do with the Razorback cache incident. :-)

Looks like you'd better keep the contour interval in mind when using the
Garmin software in the field...what looks like a gentle slope could be a
cliff!

Yep

1:100,000 as I said, but the elevation profiles are not standard for
1:100,000 maps.. Meaning the contour lines could be 40', 80', 100', 30
meter, 90 meters etc...

Looking at the online tool it looks like 163 feet per contour line in the
demo version but I am trying to find out if this is the same for the
purchased applicaion..

1:100,000 is what I said, now can ya tell me the elevation contours?

Does anyone have this product?

If so, could you let me know what the contour intervals are? I was looking
online to possibly buy this for my new GPS and I see they are 1:100,000
maps, but I cannot find anything mentioning what the contour intervals are.

The online map viewer seems to be set at something like 163 foot elevations
and I wondered if the maps were the same.

Thanks in advance.

(yes, I tried to call, but they are closed for the day :))
