Brian,
How do you determine in v. out of state caches? I just looked at your cache stats; all my caches are "in", but the stats shows otherwise.

However it DOES seem we have someone *incidentally* mentioning their
ultra-LOW User I(u)D! ;-)
Back in the day (when it was more of a club than a mall experience),
having a low REI membership number could get you some real respect!
