If it's enigma, good luck. I've worked with a few java-based enigma
'devices' for a cache concept I'm working on, and I just don't see how
it's possible to decode it without the proper tumbler settings. I
would suggest looking for abbreviations that might have something to do
with this person (perhaps initials) and check for some enigma stuff
online. I would post a link to the enigma application I'm going to
use, but I'd rather not give that up.
