Phoenix, Tucson or Flagstaff, or by visiting the Arizona Public Lands
Information Center in Phoenix.
>From the Land Department's Recreation Use Permit Page: Only the Phoenix Office can issue the actual permit. Permit applications obtained at the
Flagstaff or Tucson Offices must be completed and mailed to Phoenix for
issuance.
