Sure, DeLorme Street Atlas. Import your waypoints, and URL which will create a hot link to the cache page on your map, right click on your home as start route, and the cache as end route and your there. It give you more than your ever really wanted to know about your route. And, if you put in all the caches you are visiting that day as "via" it will calculate your entire route--don't know if it will optimize the route.
Delorme uses csv format to import, which you can get from "GeoBuddy"--free.
Now, not all the washes you may use to get to a cache are listed as roads in the DeLorme data base, so the results may not be perfect.

Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Waypoint Mapping
Is there a mapping program out there (possibly like mapquest) that you can enter waypoints and it will give you actual directions from point to point rather then a direct line (like my GPS)?
Thanks
