[Az-Geocaching] Mystery Geocacher

Hey-

    Drove by another 4Runner on I-10 today while driving into the
airport.  They had "CACHER" for a license plate and a neat mobile GPS
setup up front (that's what it looked like, anyway).  Any chance that
was someone on this list?
