I have not personally heard of a 'wind tunnel'... but there is a wind cave.
It is actually not near the Salt River, but at Usuary Mnt Park. There is
already a cache there though. In fact, there are like 3 caches along the
trail up to and above the Wind Cave. I would be interested in knowing where
this wind tunnel is if it is different than what I am refering to... it
sounds interesting!
