Trisha-
As far as I know she tries to walk everyday. I know my Mom's main problem is her lack of ability to sleep. On most days she finally turns in around 4:30am even 6:30am and she has problems holding down a job due to that. I know they've got her on some meds but I don't feel their working quite the way I'd want them to if I was in her situation. But I know she does feel better if she walks everyday come rain or shine.
