And it that's not enough to get your attention, my first house in 1970 was $30k--about 2500sqft--and the one I'm living in now--about 2500sqft--is over $360k. I&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; dont care what problems the oil refineries are having... explosions, old&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; equiptment... whatever...&gt;&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; we are dependant upon gasoline and this is something that the government&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
