I am not paranoid, even though everyone is always saying I am behind my
back.
I just wish when I watch a football game on TV that they wouldn't talk about
me in the huddle.

psychotic manifestation, and therefore by implication not based in reality,
so as you said, if people were not REALLY after you, it's not paranoia,
it's....hm...felony warrants, jealous spouse, bill collectors, bounty
