RE: [Az-Geocaching] Poll

Just wondering if a land manager - say a National Park Ranger - finds a
marked Terracache, who do they contact about it? Do they have to register
and get sponsored? Then what? Does the site take some kind of responsibility
for the role of talking to land managers, or are they of the philosophy that
they are just a listing service (the napster/kazaa type defence)?

I know that people are supposed to put their contact details on caches, but
often they don't.

Of course, it only takes a few minutes to get registered and sponsored... by
the sounds of it. So it really would not make a difference if there was open
viewing of caches or not! If someone wanted to get on the site just for the
reason of vandalizing caches, it wouldnt take much effort. Just register and
in a few minutes.. you have your sponsors and you are on your way to a
future in vandelizing tc.com caches! :) LOL
