Arizona Waypoint Book

The Waypoint Book appears to be made from one of the "Arizona" files at
http://geonames.usgs.gov/stategaz/index.html.

The GNIS is a list of everything on USGS topographic maps (states,
territories, Antarctica, et cetera) which has a name

The files are available by State, zipped or unzipped.
