[Az-Geocaching] PRESCOTT Event Updates

Hey all!

Check out the Prescott Event Cache Page (GCJQ2X), as the time draws
closer, we have added info about the raffle(s), local caches and HAM
stuff.

Looks like we will have a good turn out, and a great time! Thanks to
all who posted that they are planning to (or planning to try to)
attend, and I hope more will be able to come!
