I am impressed, the rules that they have spelled out is what we should be
doing any way. It beats the position of Maricopa County Parks.

It appears BLM is now requesting prospective hiders to contact them before
placing a cache on BLM land. At least they've stopped short of requiring
formal permits.
I like that the web page has a link to azgeocaching.com.
