[Az-Geocaching] Download TOPO! (.tpg) file

I seem to be having trouble with this, does anyone else use it...are you
having problems?
When I try to 'merge' the file, I get a 'bad format' message.
It's been this way for quite some time and I really miss being able to
locate every cache ever created in Arizona!
