It's really pretty easy to do the event cache, or at least entering
information for it. Depending on the place, putting your best foot forward
and gaining permission (i.e., a restauraurant for an event cache) would be a
good idea. At a city park, it might not be a bad idea either, as it is the
perfect chance for good Geocaching PR.
