It's going to be a 2-year commitment, with pickups at least 4x/year. Shooting for much more might not get as much support, not to mention I'll be using days off to coordinate the event. As it stands now, it will be a Saturday I'm guess in late January or early February.

Within I believe it's 6-8 weeks, a Adopt-A-Highway sign will be installed as being maintained by Arizona Geocachers. Hopefully the first cleanup will result in a strong showing, and we can get a great group picture to send to the Groundspeak staff.
