I'm not entirely sure this is an isolated incident. On Desert Giant, Panda
makes reference to an encounter he had with someone in law enforcement. The
encounter sounds similar to this one and is not too far away from the cache
where Scott and Regan had their encounter on Sunday. Perhaps Panda could
explain in more detail what happened to him at Desert Giant.
