I've used GPSBabel which converts all kinds of GPS files to all other kinds
of GPS files, as well as .csv files.. You can get it here:

Does anybody have any easy way to get the data displayed in EasyGPS into
an Excel spreadsheet? Or, better yet, does anyone have a list of all the
Locationless caches already in an Excel spreadsheet?
