[Az-Geocaching] cache missing! Now what do I do?

I need advice from Geocaching veterans----
My cache, "It's a Duck's life" has turned up missing. what's the
standard procedure now? Should I replace it in the same area?
I'm hesitant to do that for fear the same thing will happen
again... maybe I should find another location within the park
that's a little more out of the way...what do YOU do in this
situation?
