I'm guessing it's the infamous www.goatse.cx site. If someone's jerk enough to deserve the very worst, they get that link. :) Of course, it can easily be disguised to look NOT like that link at all.

talks about a cache pirate in the Washington area. He has set up a website and plans to have official plunder hunts of geocaching.com caches. He is encouraging people to plunder any cache he chooses for his prizes. Hopefully this will fade before it starts, but one never knows.

Word of warning: If you read the "ship logs" on his website DO NOT click on the website with "goat" in the domain name. That cretin has spammed other sites I've gone to with filthy pictures.
